Know Your Teacher,

Arvind, made a bold choice to leave behind his corporate career and follow his passion for teaching yoga. His yoga journey began in 2009, and with over 16 years of practice and 12 years of teaching, he has become an expert in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Arvind is also skilled in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, allowing him to create personalized programs for each student, whether they want to deepen their practice, improve flexibility, or manage stress. 

Throughtout his career, Arvind has impacted over thousands people. He belives yoga is more than physical exercise, its a hoslistic practice that nurtures the mind, body & soul. His teaching style combines technical precision with compassion, making his students feel supported and empowered. Arvind's dedicationhas earned him great respect within the yoga community, and his passion for guiding others has made him a trusted figure in helping people find balance, strength, and inner peace through yoga.
